Bringing Your Own Tablet- Best Practices

If you want to use your own tablet, an Otter-issued printer (Ethernet or TP-Link connection) is required to print. 

Please follow these steps to ensure your device works properly when you Bring Your Own Tablet:

1. Make sure any device you want to use has access to strong wifi 
2. Go to: app.tryotter.com in a web browser
3. Login using the tablet username/password provided to you during onboarding
4. You’ll have the same access and functionality as you would on an Otter tablet once logged in

NOTE: It is important that your device stays on so that you do not miss any incoming orders. Make sure your device is not set to an auto-locking feature and is plugged into a power source during operating hours.
