Please check the following things if you’re not receiving a sound when an order comes into your Otter tablet:
- Check the sound setting on your tablet. Ensure it’s turned on and set to a high volume
- Check that your tablet is not connected to any other devices such as an external speaker system
- Check to ensure the Otter tablet sound is on by swiping down on the screen to bring up the Otter sound button. If you don’t see a sound button, this indicates your sound is on
- If the above steps don't help, please restart the tablet, and test the "Play Test Audio" from the Settings page in the Otter app
