Otter Core, Otter Pro, or Self-Serve Customers:
Otter Core or Pro customers should contact their Dedicated Customer Success Manager for all menu requests.
If you prefer to make a change yourself, we can ingest menu updates from one of your delivery partners. This means you can make a change/edit to one of your delivery partners’ menus and we’ll ensure the changes are reflected in Otter. In these cases, please let us know beforehand so our team is prepared to make the changes on your behalf.
If you have Business Manager Menu Management, you may fully control your menus through your Business Manager platform as shown below:

Otter Essentials Customers:
Order Manager (Otter Essentials) customers may request menu updates by sending an e-mail to hello@tryotter.com with the subject line:
[Restaurant Name]: Menu Updates
Please clearly list all changes you’d like to make to your menu. Our team will respond back with an estimated time for completion.
