1. |
Connect the printer to the power. |
||
2. | Connect the ethernet cable to the printer and to an ethernet port. | Note: Direct ethernet connection is the most reliable, but if you do not have an ethernet port accessible, you can connect it to your router instead. If a router is also out of reach, please let us know so we may advise accordingly. | |
3. |
Make sure the printer is turned off - the switch is on the left side of the printer. |
||
4. |
Hold the 'FEED' button on the front of the printer. |
||
5. |
Turn the printer back on while still pressing down on the 'FEED' button for at least 5 seconds. |
||
6. |
Two slips should print, and the second print out will have a section on the bottom titled 'ethernet network.' If the printer is receiving connection, you will see various numbers under IP address, subnet mask, and gateway. |
Note: If you run into any issues, please alert us as this means that the printer is not receiving connection. |
Please closely monitor the first few orders to make sure they are auto-printing. Unless noted, your printer is set to print 1 receipt per order.
If you need to adjust the receipt copies, please reach out to our Support Team via chat or email us at hello@tryotter.com
